S is for Smoothies

I didn’t like smoothies. I didn’t like the texture- too grainy. Not creamy and  smooth like a milkshake.

Then, one day, we bought a lot of fruit at the market and made smoothies.

Without yogurt.

Graininess gone.

The bananas help with the creaminess- two is best. Strawberries help with sweetness.

It makes me want to go back and re-try previously tested smoothies without yogurt to see if I like them any better.
