Today I decided to bake a pumpkin pie.
I got the recipe from Pillsbury.
When I poured it into the crust, I understood why the recipe asked for an oversized crust. The filling filled up the crust all the way to the tippy top.
I kind of had a bad feeling about the pie because I’ve never made pumpkin pie and it doesn’t look like store pumpkin pie.

It was easier than I expected. Just combine ingredients, stir and bake! Let me know how it turns out.
It looks delicious. Now you need to make some homemade whipped cream to put on top of it!
Or buy a can. Like we did.
